Make a Change to Your Membership

If you would like to make a change to your existing membership, please fill out the form below. You will receive an email once the change has been completed.

a few things to note

  • All freeze and cancellation requests must be submitted by the 15th of each month to avoid charges for the next month.
  • There is a $15 charge each month your membership is frozen.
  • Freezes due to injury are free. To request a medical freeze, email [email protected]. You will be asked to provide a doctor's note.
  • To freeze an Annual Paid in Full membership, email [email protected].
