Kay is an excellent instructor! 10/10 recommend.

This is a good climbing gym. The setting is good and has been getting better lately. The bouldering grading needs some improvement. Instead of grades in ranges, it would be more helpful if the setters committed to a single grade. We know that grades are subjective, but that doesn't mean the setter can't give their opinion.

Great experience, my girls loved climbing on the autobelay and also with staff. Nice option for kids parties of all ages or a rainy day.

tl;dr: The Rock Club is a really nice indoor climbing facility.

The facilities are huge, varied, and well maintained. There's something here for every level ranging from beginner to pro. Most climbs are human-belayed, but they do have four auto-belay stations for those times when you can't find a friend to belay you.

The staff is wonderfully helpful and nice. You can tell they love climbing and working here. (And they want you to love climbing too, in whatever way works for you.)

We had a group of our own, so we didn't interact with other patrons much, but everyone looked happy and friendly. It seems like the kind of place where if you need a climbing partner, you find some other random person and ask. They'll probably say yes.

There's a ton of interesting events on the calendar. (Women's night, kids camps, even a comedy night.)
