Climbing 201: Intro to Lead Climbing is a 2 week series that will teach you the fundamentals of lead climbing and prepare you to take our lead certification test.

All registrants must be able to comfortably climb 5.9 and be top rope certified.

Mindfulness, Meditation, & Movement

MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION
Mindfulness Meditation teaches that when we can hear our thoughts, we can pause and change their direction.
 
Through guided meditation and movement, this hour-long class places an emphasis on applying mindfulness to the mental challenges of climbing. Starting with a brief check-in and weekly teaching, instructor Jess then leads each class through yoga, breath work, and meditation.
