Mindfulness Meditation teaches that when we can hear our thoughts, we can pause and change their direction. Through guided meditation and movement, this hour-long class places an emphasis on applying mindfulness to the mental challenges of climbing. Starting with a brief check-in and weekly teaching, instructor Jess then leads each class through yoga, breath work, and meditation.
