Need for lead month is a month-long community event designed to get new lead climbers into the lifestyle and help old leaders regain their stoke. Climbers record each climb they complete during each session for a chance to earn a cool prize at the end of the month!

The Rules:
- A list of routes with grades must be submitted via the google form to be counted towards their score on the day of their completion
- Climbers must send the route, top to bottom for it to count. Only clean ascents count.
- Attempts and redpoints: Projecting a route does not earn points. A successful redpoint counts as a send and receive the same score as any other successful ascent of that route.
- Repeats do not count if the rope is not pulled. All ascensionists must clip into the quickdraws as they climb upwards.
- Honesty: This is a self-reported competition. Participants are expected to submit accurate results and follow the honor system.
