make-up & cancellation policy

FALL '24 MAKE-UPS & CANCELLATIONS

  • NRRC DOES NOT GUARANTEE MAKE-UPS FOR CLASSES MISSED BY THE PARTICIPANT
  • NO MAKE-UPS ARE GIVEN DURING THE FIRST 2-3WEEKS OF THE START OF EACH SESSION
ABSENCE & MAKE-UP REQUEST FORM

eligibility

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled program are eligible for make-ups.
  • Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for make-ups.

Seasonal Court Rentals: Email Charlie Chait if you cannot make your court time.  Rescheduling is based upon availability and is not guaranteed.

Private & Semi-private lessons: If you need to reschedule, they must be done within the session in which you signed up for.  If you do not renew for the next session, unused lessons can be scheduled based upon court and pro availability.  All lesson packages expire Sept 1. Private lesson no shows will be charged the full lesson. Private lesson same day cancellations will result in your loss of the lesson and will be charged. If you take a semi-private lesson, and only one person takes the lesson, it will still be counted as a full lesson for both students. No refunds will be given for lessons not used.

Group lessons Adult and Juniors: Authorized make-ups are limited to 2 per 14-week session and are dependent on availability in a class of equal or equivalent skill level and value. Make-ups do not transfer from session to session.

Adult Private Clinics and Seasonal Clinics:  Make-ups are not available for these groups.  Participants must find your own subs and notify Adam of who will be attending prior to the lesson.

Playing Leagues: Authorized make-ups are limited to 2 per 14-week session and are dependent on availability in a class of equal or equivalent skill level and value. Make-ups do not transfer from session to session.

Camps: Contacting the front desk is necessary if you can’t make it to camp.  No-shows will be charged.

general

  • Balances must be paid in full unless you are on an approved payment plan to be eligible for a make-up.
  • Notice MUST be given no less than 24 hours in advance, in order to be eligible for a make-up. Use this form to submit information for absence and makeup request.
  • Make-ups must be completed within the enrolled session. If a student enrolls in the next session, outstanding make-ups can be honored with restrictions.
  • Make-ups cannot be applied to future sessions.
  • Make-ups will not be offered in advance of a missed date.
  • You will be contacted when a makeup opportunity becomes available.
  • Make-ups are offered based on availability. If you turn down a make-up, it will be considered one of the make-ups you are eligible for. If we schedule a make-up and you cancel, it cannot be rescheduled and your make-up will be considered fulfilled.
  • Anyone joining us after the first month of the session will only be eligible for ONE make-up.
  • We will be offering make-up days on suspension dates and you will be contacted in advance. This will be subject to availability.
  • EMAILS WILL NOT SUFFICE FOR MAKE-UP REQUEST
  • INFORMING YOUR PRO WILL ALSO NOT SUFFICE FOR A NOTIFICATION. If we do not receive a form, your lesson will be charged.

class changes

  • A $50.00 transfer fee will incur for any class change requests made after the start of the program. If NRRC sees that you or your child needs to make a class change due to ability, this fee will be waived, and you will not be charged.

late registration

  • This is someone how registers after the start of the session.
  • If there is space, we will pro-rate any late registrations.
  • A 5% proration fee will be added on late registrations.

cancellations & refunds

  • Canceling out of a class does not make you eligible for a refund or credit. If you need to drop out of a program, you must email Charlie Chait to inform us. Should we succeed in finding a customer to fill your spot in the program to cover the remainder of the session, you will be eligible for a credit or refund.
  • Make-ups do not have monetary value or credit. Make-ups cannot be applied to any other enrollment.
  • At the discretion of NRRC management, refunds are only given for injuries when notified with a doctor’s note or if you are relocating out of the commutable area.
  • BALANCES MUST BE UP-TO-DATE BEFORE MAKE-UP REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED. MAKE-UPS ARE OFFERED ON THE BASIS OF AVAILABILITY, IF YOU TURN DOWN A MAKE-UP, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED ONE OF THE TWO MAKE-UPS YOU ARE OFFERED.
