    From small group fitness classes to a facility rental, we've got your fitness needs covered.

    SMALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

    Our classes are designed for those looking to lose a few pounds to elite athletes training for their next competition. Through our powerful combination of personalized attention and wide variety of classes we give you the tools you need succeed.

    • Yoga

      A restorative yoga program to balance your higher intensity training while improving mobility, core strength, flexibility and inner chi! Ohmmm.

    • Lift

      Lift (legs/butt/abs) or (upper body/abs) is a lower or upper body strengthening and sculpting workout.

    • Bootcamp

      Boot camp is a full body circuit that incorporates kettlebells, TRX and bodyweight exercises. 

    • HIIT

      Experience a 30 minute high intensity interval training full-body workout to increase calorie burning while also strengthening your cardiorespiratory system.

    • Cardio

      A powerful cardio program with changing intervals of spin, rowing, jump rope and strength circuits.

    • KB Bootcamp

      A full body circuit that incorporates the use of kettlebells more-so than our Complete Bootcamp.

    • Mobility

      We’ll take you through movements that increase mobility, then perform deep compression within your muscles using foam rollers and finally release your muscles entirely through static and PNF stretching.

    • Core Power Yoga

      A challenging yet fun yoga flow that strengthens the abdominal muscles and builds endurance. Peacefully ending with a long deep relaxation in Savasana.

    • Family Fit Fun

      Fun for all the family with fitness meant to be with your partner, your child, or just with you and the trainer. There are bands, stretching, and sport like activities to build concentration and competition in a friendly manner.

    Order your favorite Kettlebell Kitchen meals online and pick them up at The Studios. 

    Nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all, which is why Kettlebell Kitchen meal plans are personalized for who you are and what you want to achieve. All meals are made with the best meats, produce, and oils available. All ingredients are natural and gluten-free. New meals are added to the menu every week so there's something for everyone and never a dull delivery.

    FACILITY RENTAL

    The Studios at Pine Brook Fitness in New Rochelle is a world class training facility that has everything you need for personal training and group fitness or dance classes. We have three incredible rooms available for you to use.

    Functional Room

    The functional training room at The Studios has all the amenities that you would come to expect from a world class personal training facility that's available for rent. This room is awesome for small group training and personal training alike.

    TRX Room

    Our TRX room features eight TRX stations in a classic wooden floor studio. The room has a variety of workout equipment at your disposal. Teach a TRX suspension class or a TRX hybrid fusion. With one side of the studio having a full length mirror, this studios is suitable for Zumba and other dance classes.

    Cardio Room

    Our three tier stadium style cardio room has a variety of equipment that will allow you to teach a combination of spin, rowing, and strength training.
