    Our classes are designed to take an integrative approach to fitness. Let us work with you to select the best classes to achieve your fitness goals or just take the classes that interest you!

    We work with you to identify your fitness goals and carefully select the proper combination of classes to give you the results you want. A personalized fitness regimen coupled with our optional meal and nutrition planning will give you a COMPLETE integrative body reformation plan.

    Our goal is to give you the results that you want, not what we think is best. You will meet with our Fitness Director Peter Marino to discuss your fitness goals. We will carefully select a combination of our signature classes that will yield the results you want. Whether it’s better cardiovascular health, better sports performance or a more aesthetically toned body we have a class and schedule to support your goals.
