Team Rock Places 2nd at 2018 Bouldering Divisional Championship

We are excited to announce that Team Rock, the competitive climbing team at The Rock Club, has placed second in the USA Climbing 2018 Bouldering Divisional Championship.

Team Rock scored a total of 690 points, a small margin from the first place winner clocking in at 750 points. Big congrats to all the coaches, volunteers, and the climbers who competed in the competition.

Below is a list of the climbers who will be competing in Nationals in February. We are super excited to announce that we will be sending 12 climbers to Nationals! This is the most that we have ever sent! We’d also like to extend a huge congratulations to all of our athletes who competed at Divisionals and everyone who comes out and trains day in day out. You ALL have a lot to be proud of!

We are so proud of Team Rock’s accomplishments. We are a big community at The Rock Club and EVERYONE contributes to the climbers success; coaches, parents, coordinators, volunteers.

And of course, we are inspired, humbled, and motivated by all the hours of blood, sweat, and tears the climbers experience in order to compete at such a high level. You all are nothing short of an amazing inspiration.
