    The Studios at Pine Brook Fitness is a boutique fitness experience that offers small group classes, personal training & nutritional guidance at an affordable rate. Our COMPLETE™ Fitness Program gives you the guidance and support you need to attain your fitness and health goals. We take an integrative approach and work with you to offer meal plans, fitness programming and online and in-person support.
    Our all access classes are included in every membership! Click here for our current class schedule which include 30 minute and 60 minute workouts.

    Break out of your boring routine and meet one-on-one with one of our certified personal trainers to get individual attention and motivation to help you meet your fitness goals. We cater to clients of all abilities and will customize a fitness & nutrition program to fit your needs and maximize results by focusing your time to be as efficient as possible.

    Small group training classes focus on total body conditioning utilizing high-intensity interval training (HIIT) techniques, kettlebells, suspension training and other cutting-edge fitness concepts.
