NANCY MARJI
Trainer
Fitness has always been a passion of mine, as I do believe the body resembles the mind. My fitness journey started years ago, doing the typical cardio, just trying to lose weight, and then I discovered weightlifting, then after, fitness classes. Soon after, I became a fitness instructor because I wanted to help those looking to be helped along their journey as I was helped along mine. Working out is a great relief and I am a huge proponent of self-care, and one segment of self-care is taking your health into your own hands, in other words exercise and engaging in healthy lifestyle habits. I am a proud instructor and trainer of Pine Brook Fitness because we cater to all different likings and offer a variety of classes to suit everyones needs, so come and join a class with me!
