    NEW ROCK CLIMBING CLASSES

    We are excited to be offering two new classes, designed specifically for rock climbers looking to enhance their strength, performance, and mobility on the wall. These classes make for a powerful supplement to a rock climbing regimen as well as promote general mobility and endurance.

    Mobility for climbers is a quick but effective movement oriented class to improve mobility and endurance within your hips, shoulders and spine. Reach new heights with this mobility program.

    Experience full body circuit that incorporates the use of our campus board & hang board, kettlebells, steel clubs & bodyweight to improve your climbing strength & endurance.
