Team Rock at Bouldering Nationals 2016

Congratulations to all of the Team Rock competitors at the USA Climbing Bouldering Youth Nationals last weekend in Madison, Wisconsin!

Paris Liston, Lucas Oddi, Isaac Leff, Emmanuel “Manny” Derima, John Cohen, and Ryan Fanchiotti all did great, and worked extremely hard to get to such a high level of climbing competition. Isaac and Ryan also made it to finals and got 8th and 9th respectively, in the nation. No small shakes! Special congratulations to Manny who took second overall in his division (Male Youth D) to a foreign national, which makes Manny the new National Champion!

Everyone at the Rock Club is beyond proud of our 2016 Nationals team. We’re taking this success forward into the new Sport Climbing season, and even hosting the New England West Regional Championship in May.
