Pine Brook Fitness is Westchester’s leading multi-sports fitness facility. We're more than just 30 minutes on a treadmill. We’re a fitness experience for you and your entire family to have fun, improve your skills, and test your limits in a safe, friendly, and rewarding atmosphere. We are home to The New Rochelle Racquet Club, The Rock Club and The Studios, our new fitness facility. We offer a variety of programs for children and adults, hold annual summer and vacation camps and provide a fun and exciting venue for birthday parties and corporate events.

NRRC TO COMPETE IN USTA ’17 NATIONALS
The 2017 USTA Season has been underway and the competition has been fierce. We are excited to announce that the Hit Men - Men's 3.5 40+ Team will be heading to USTA Nationals in FL in October! Big congratulations to all of the NRRC Teams that competed in the competition!

TEAM ROCK PLACES 5TH IN THE NATION
Team Rock, the youth climbing squad of The Rock Club in New Rochelle, NY, placed 5th in the nation at the 2017 Sport and Speed Youth National competition.
